What is the difference between the Comprehensive and Intensive Programs?

  • “Comprehensive” is taught in a timeframe that allows you so assimilate and apply the material at a slower rate. This course is taught Full Time over a 12-15 week period and then followed by apprenticeship.

  • “Intensive” is for those that would like to take the courses over the weekends and are unable to devote the amount of time that is required in the Comprehensive Course. The focus is on expanding student’s current knowledge while delivering complete instruction in STOTT PILATES Five Basic Principles and Essential and Intermediate exercises in a fast-paced format.

At BlackBox Pilates, we offer the Intensive programs.

Do you have a limited number of spaces for each course? How can I reserve a spot?

  • We do limit the number attendees for each course. A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to reserve a spot and is applied toward the total cost of the course. The remaining balance of the course is then paid two weeks before the course starts.
